Privacy and Security

Once you submit an entry in your own words, it cannot be edited by you or anyone else. This insures that what you have written is a permanent record and cannot be altered. Carefully consider the words you have written before submitting it for posting. You can access your entry at a later date to post a photo.

All identifying information you provide when you register to post an entry will remain confidential. It will never be shared with third parties.

You may be contacted by the National Vaccine Information Center, which is maintaining the Memorial if there are any questions about the vaccine reaction you are submitting for posting.
The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) will review all entries submitted for the Memorial. NVIC reserves the right to accept or decline any entry submitted for posting.
